TUESDAYS

Biking Before the Meeting. Join us for an evening bike ride before the Tuesday night meeting. We will meet at 6:00 at the O'l Mexico parking lot, the bar the Rovers go to after their meeting, at Lexington and Larpenteur. The group will help decide the route. We can do an 18-mile ride to the St. Paul Water Works, a 15-mile ride to Lake Phalen and Swede Hollow, or a 12-mile ride on the East Side of St. Paul. The routes include great bike trails along some of St. Paul and it's suburbs' prettiest areas. We will generally go, rain or shine, but call me if you have questions. Also, unless someone else coordinates it, there will be no ride on July 1.

Ultimate Frisbee. Two teams compete against each other with players throwing the frisbee to each other and scoring in an end zone.  All skill levels welcome. If you can run a little bit and toss a frisbee, you're in! Each week, we'll have the opportunity for some casual coaching with skill drills followed by a scrimmage/pick up game. Meet at 6:30 p.m. at Como Park, at the Field's north of Horton, across the street from the Rover's meeting place. Call Cari with questions.

Wednesday Night Hikes. Hiking in area parks around the metro area. These popular hikes are a good workout and social event, usually lasting 1.5 hours (3–4 miles) with the possibility of socializing afterward. Hikes are usually rain or shine, check the activities page for details.

We're always looking for more people to coordinate hikes too — It's easy! Just choose a place, post the trip, and show up! Check out the archive pages for ideas and just copy/paste into the trip submission form to have it posted.
