Once your trip is listed on the website, it will be announced at the next meeting. You are STRONGLY encouraged to come to the meeting prior to your trip to promote it and so that potential participants can meet you and have the opportunity to have their questions readily answered.

Please remember to verify that all participants are current members of Minnesota Rovers if this is an overnight trip.

Please allow a few days for this trip to be posted on the website. The activities pages are usually updated once a week, two to three days after the Tuesday meeting. If you are submitting a trip after the website has already been updated, your trip may not appear on the website until the next week.

If you are submitting a trip with a short timeframe or between updating cyles (e.g., today is Wednesday and the trip is Friday or today is Saturday and the trip is next Friday but the website has already been updated), it is recommended that you post your trip to the e-group as well.
